Dr. Scott Hagen, FCI-UCF Branch Director, was recently elected as a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
ASCE Fellows are recognized as distinguished practitioners, educators, mentors, and leaders who have contributed significantly to the Civil Engineering profession. Fellow status is attained by professional accomplishments and election by the ASCE. It is a prestigious honor held by fewer than 4% of ASCE members.
