UCF FCI members, including Drs. Scot Hagen, Steven Medeiros, and Dingbao Wang, helped UCF host the Tenth International Conference on Hydroscience & Engineering.
The conference, sponsored by the University of Central Florida Coastal Hydroscience Analysis, Modeling & Predictive Simulations Laboratory (CHAMPS Lab) with support from Oak Ridge Associated Universities and numerous consulting firms, and state, national and international agencies, was held at the Rosen Plaza Hotel. It focused on the question of how to plan for a sustainable future in light of issues such as sea level rise and changing land use practices.
